Our Process
I. Inquire
Check out the services we provide and take a moment to fill out the inquiry form. Whether we are available or not, we will be in touch. If we are available, a brochure will be included in our response. Please further confirm the package you are interested in. If one doesn't match your needs, we will work to create a custom package.
II. Meet & Greet
Whether it's in-person, on the phone, or via video chat, we'll schedule a meeting that works best for you. Gathering as much information as possible about your event and getting to know your personality will help us confirm your selected package from the brochure as the best option for your overall vision and needs. We absolutely cherish those little details that make your occasion unique and special.
III. Proposal
After our chat, we will carefully compile all the notes and send over your proposal! Once you are ready to proceed, we will formalize our agreement by sending you a contract and invoice. To secure our services, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit upon signing the contract to secure your date. All proposals will expire after two weeks if services are not secured.
IV. Get to Work
Once your contract has been signed and the deposit has been received, we will promptly get to work. All planning materials will be shared and/or contracted services will start from our team.
