At Elizabeth Giles Events, we plan celebrations rooted in thoughtful detail, warm hospitality, and a deep understanding of each couple’s vision. Our work is designed to create an experience that feels welcoming, refined, and true to you.

We believe that every couple deserves to fully immerse themselves in their wedding day free from worries and stress. That's where we come in - as your trusted wedding planner, we take care of every detail, so you can focus on making memories that last a lifetime. From the moment you say "I do" to the final dance, we'll be there, orchestrating the day with meticulous precision and genuine enthusiasm.
Our Process
Inquire
Start by exploring our services and completing the inquirfy form. Once we review your details, we'll follow up with our availability. If your date is open, we'll include our brochure.
Meet
From there, we’ll schedule a consultation in the format that works best for you, whether in person, by phone, or over video. During this conversation, we’ll get to know you, your vision, and the meaningful details that make your celebration unique, then confirm the planning package that best supports your needs.
Proposal
After our consultation, we’ll review your details and prepare a personalized proposal. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and invoice to officially reserve your date. A 50% deposit is required at signing, and proposals are valid for two weeks unless services are secured.
Plan
Once your contract is signed and your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved and our work together begins! We’ll share the appropriate planning materials and begin the contracted services outlined in your proposal.
